What do I do?
As a Digital Strategist and Marketer with 15+ years of experience, I support global entities and artists (with a speciality in classical music), such as Fujifilm, Alexandre Kantorow, John Rutter and the Verbier Festival.
Through strategy, coaching, and high-impact digital campaigns, my work has generated over £1,000,000 in direct revenue and reaches millions of people annually.
This was done through a combination of tools, including digital advertising, social media, CRM/Newsletters, and 1st-party data infrastructure.
I also deliver high-value seminars, talks & workshops across the world in digital marketing for the arts (The Juilliard School, Royal College of Music, Classical:NEXT, City St. George's University, Middlesex University).

I start from the understanding that we are always dealing with people. By integrating personalisation, emotional intelligence, and behavioural science (applying frameworks like EAST: Easy, Attractive, Social, Timely), I ethically ‘nudge’ decision-making and build long-term loyalty rather than relying on a hard sell.
Data-driven
I reframe data as a conversation, and not just cold, hard numbers. Spending the time to figure out what is actually being said in the data, and implementing the 1st-party data architecture to see it. This leads to more data validated channels and a foundation for ‘Test and Learn’, structured experimentation.
