I start from the understanding that we are always dealing with people. By integrating personalisation, emotional intelligence, and behavioural science (applying frameworks like EAST: Easy, Attractive, Social, Timely), I ethically ‘nudge’ decision-making and build long-term loyalty rather than relying on a hard sell.


Data-driven

I reject the idea of data as cold, mechanical arrows. Instead, I treat it as a ‘conversation’ and the structural foundation for growth. By using 1st-party data architecture and probabilistic/contextual models rather than flawed "last-click" attribution, I ensure your investment is scaled only in successful, data-validated channels.
